What to include in an OEM/ODM brief
Give your supplier enough information to assess branding and customization.
Include the target market, estimated quantity, deadline and the changes you need. Identify which items are essential, such as a logo on the device, a branded box or a specific language in the instructions. Ask the supplier to confirm options, sample costs and timing in writing.
